► Age: 28, born 30th Sun of the 2nd Astral MoonIt's a tale as old as time, really: bright young woman from a family fallen from grace sets the sliver of her teeth on a life of thinly veiled servitude, intent on providing for her mother in what should have been a failsafe. But then came the dagger, the blood, the escape into the night, and the new identity; completely unhinging what should have been a simple blueprint.Atlas, as she is now, is a tactile danseuse moonlighting as a bubbly nightlife entertainer. Though, beneath the surface, she's a ruthless con artist, a shopping enthusiast on the dime of others, and a harbinger of petty crime. Her level 5 tragic backstory comes at a steep price in the form of cold, hard cash.

► 21+ only.► IC ≠ OOC. The character isn't me, I'm not the character / don't bleed an in-character interaction into our out-of-character interactions. When deviating between the two, please use obvious indicators whether or not something is IC or OOC for clarity.► I'm really picky with writing over discord, romantic-based plots, and the implementation of certain subject matter until I get to know the writer on the other end better, sorry! There are plenty of really uncomfortable and intrusive people out there in the virtual world and I'd just like to confirm you're not one of them.► These guidelines may come across as uptight and tense, but they're really just a way for me to firmly establish a set of boundaries to avoid any misunderstandings further down the road :')

I'm a hobbyist designer with real-life experience rooted in body art & suspension, wedding photography & retouching, user interface engineering, and junior front-end development. Surprisingly, a lot of what I learned through those ventures built a steady foundation for my new hobbies on FFXIV.

I will only be taking on commission work that I have a personal interest in. I understand that that statement may be discouraging for prospective customers, but this venture is meant to be an enjoyable hobby for me first and foremost. For what it's worth, I am always seeking small-house projects of any kind and large-house projects featuring community venues or single-floor homes :)After the completed product has been approved, I am no longer obligated to assist with adjustments or changes made to your FFVIX home. However, for as long as I’m still in the hobby, I will almost always be around to help you out upon request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

► All builds will follow FFXIV's established terms of service. Display cases and aquariums won't be glitched into one another, I will not build into the void, and I will not use third party programs.► During our consultation stage we will discuss concepts and expectations regarding your ideal finished project. References, rooted either IRL or within game, are always an asset and a helpful way to visualize any idea you may have. However, for clarification purposes, I will not recreate another designer's project and any references featuring another designer's work should be simply used as inspiration.► I require payment in full before beginning your commission. Before payment is sent, we will exchange a written contract in-game intended for the protection of both users.

PRICE LIST

The prices listed below include my services as an omni-crafter and gatherer for all furniture required for the build. Adjustments will be made to the price for any pieces requiring rare materials to craft — please mention these items in advance :)If you would like to supply furnishing or furniture materials yourself, we can absolutely discuss discounts.► Large Houses 35 mil.
► Medium Houses 25 mil.
► Small Houses 15 mil.I only accept payment in FFXIV gil.
